根(gen)据(ju)甲(jia)方(fang)提供(gong)的图(tu)纸资料,设(she)计恒生(sheng)·碧(bi)水(shui)龙庭二期22#栋(幼儿(er)园(yuan))太(tai)阳(yang)能热水系统工程。设(she)计(ji)采用(yong)集(ji)中(zhong)集热-集中(zhong)储(chu)热(re)系(xi)统(tong),采(cai)用(yong)真(zhen)空(kong)管太(tai)阳能集(ji)中集(ji)热,辅助热源采用(yong)空气源(yuan)热泵,太(tai)阳(yang)能(neng)集热器、保(bao)温储(chu)热水箱(xiang)、空气源(yuan)热泵(beng)等设(she)备均安装于(yu)建(jian)筑屋面。
根据(ju)原设(she)计(ji)图(tu)纸,我(wo)方(fang)进(jin)行(xing)深化(hua)设计,按深化设(she)计方(fang)案进(jin)行施(shi)工。
1、设(she)计采(cai)用(yong)集中(zhong)集热-集中(zhong)储热太阳(yang)能热(re)水系统(tong)。
2、日用热(re)水(shui)量(liang)按贵方要求(qiu),设(she)计最高(gao)日用60℃热(re)水(shui)量(liang)按10吨(dun)计(ji)算。
3、太阳(yang)能集热器(qi)设备(bei)采用ø58mm*1800mm*50支型(xing)真空(kong)管(guan)集热器(qi)模(mo)块,设(she)计安(an)装24组(zu),总计(ji)太阳(yang)能总(zong)集(ji)热(re)面(mian)积约(yue)180㎡。
4、辅助(zhu)热(re)源采(cai)用(yong)空气源热泵(beng)。最(zui)终(zhong)设(she)计2台(tai)5P机组(zu)辅(fu)助加(jia)热。
5、根据(ju)图纸(zhi),最终(zhong)我方(fang)根(gen)据甲方(fang)要求,采用(yong)单(dan)水箱太(tai)阳(yang)能系(xi)统,设计一个(ge)10吨(dun)的圆(yuan)形(xing)不(bu)锈(xiu)钢保温储热(re)水箱。
6、系(xi)统设(she)计全日(ri)24小时(shi)供(gong)应(ying)热水,采(cai)用全(quan)日机(ji)械(xie)循环。当(dang)回(hui)水主(zhu)管路(lu)温控(kong)探(tan)头(tou)低(di)于下限温(wen)度设定(ding)值(45℃,可调)时(shi),供水(shui)加压(ya)变频(pin)泵和回(hui)水(shui)电(dian)磁(ci)阀(fa)自(zi)动打开(kai),将管道(dao)内(nei)低(di)温水(shui)加(jia)压(ya)至(zhi)屋顶供(gong)热水(shui)箱(xiang),再(zai)经(jing)供(gong)热(re)水(shui)箱(xiang)供(gong)水(shui)至管(guan)道(dao),当回(hui)水主(zhu)管道(dao)温控(kong)探(tan)头达到温度(du)设(she)定上限(xian)值(zhi)时(shi)(45℃,可(ke)调)时,加压(ya)变频泵和回(hui)水电磁(ci)阀(fa)自(zi)动停(ting)止,如此(ci)反复,让(rang)回水(shui)管路(lu)始(shi)终(zhong)保(bao)持(chi)一(yi)定(ding)的设定(ding)热(re)水温度(du)值,使用(yong)水(shui)末端(duan)龙(long)头(tou)一开便(bian)有(you)热(re)水,不(bu)浪(lang)费(fei)水(shui)资源。
