中(zhong)房(fang)瑞(rui)致(zhi)小(xiao)区4号(hao)地块幼儿(er)园(yuan)子(zi)项(xiang),属公(gong)共(gong)建(jian)筑,建(jian)筑(zhu)高度(du)为(wei)10.08米,3层。本项目为幼(you)儿园(yuan)安(an)装(zhuang)一套(tao)太阳能(neng)热(re)水(shui)系统(tong),主(zhu)要供(gong)应(ying)幼(you)儿园(yuan)日常(chang)生(sheng)活用(yong)热(re)水。热(re)水系统(tong)最终实施情况(kuang)如(ru)下:
1.本(ben)工(gong)程(cheng)热源(yuan)为太(tai)阳能(neng);辅助热源(yuan)为电能(neng)。设(she)计供水温(wen)度为(wei)60℃,用(yong)水(shui)定(ding)额(e)为(wei)30L/人.天(tian),设计用水量按(an)4吨/天考虑。
2.热水供(gong)应(ying)系统(tong)竖向(xiang)不分区,采(cai)用同(tong)程(cheng)机(ji)械(xie)强制(zhi)循(xun)环直接供(gong)水(shui)系(xi)统。平(ping)板太(tai)阳能(neng)集热器安(an)装(zhuang)在(zai)幼(you)儿(er)园斜(xie)屋(wu)顶(ding)之(zhi)上(shang),集热器摆放(fang)在不(bu)影(ying)响建(jian)筑外观无(wu)遮挡(dang)位(wei)置,检(jian)修(xiu)安(an)全,预(yu)留检(jian)修(xiu)通道(dao),水箱及(ji)加压(ya)循(xun)环(huan)系(xi)统(tong)安(an)装(zhuang)在(zai)三层平(ping)台(tai)。
3、项目最终安(an)装TP2000*1000*80mm型(xing)平(ping)板太阳(yang)能(neng)集(ji)热器36套,每(mei)组(zu)集(ji)热器(qi)面(mian)积(ji)2㎡,总(zong)集(ji)热(re)器面(mian)积(ji)72㎡。太阳(yang)能保证(zheng)率按(an)35%考(kao)虑。采(cai)用(yong)L40*40热(re)镀(du)锌角(jiao)钢制作(zuo)支架(jia),设(she)计储(chu)热水箱(xiang)采(cai)用(yong)圆形(xing)不(bu)锈钢保温水箱,容积4吨。采用(yong)电(dian)加(jia)热系(xi)统辅(fu)助加(jia)热(re),电辅热功(gong)率为(wei)18kW。
4、系统主要(yao)供(gong)应幼儿(er)园师(shi)生日常(chang)生(sheng)活用(yong)热水。系统(tong)将通过智(zhi)能化控(kong)制和识别工作(zuo)模式(shi),实(shi)现(xian)全自动(dong)无人(ren)化(hua)操(cao)作。
本项目现(xian)已施工完成,项(xiang)目施工(gong)过(guo)程中无安全(quan)事故(gu)、无(wu)质(zhi)量问题。经我(wo)方(fang)调试试(shi)运(yun)行,可(ke)满(man)足(zu)设计需(xu)求(qiu)。
通过(guo)前(qian)期与设(she)计部(bu)门(men)的密切沟通,就建筑一体化(hua)的设计(ji)上(shang)达成共(gong)识(shi),在(zai)实施(shi)过程(cheng)中(zhong)按图(tu)施(shi)工,最终在(zai)规定(ding)的(de)工(gong)期内顺(shun)利竣工(gong),系统(tong)运(yun)行正常,各项功(gong)能均得以(yi)实现。
